Biomass Asia Inc. is a Philippine biochar and carbon-removal developer, building the Mina Platinum BioChar platform in Iloilo.
We convert rice husk and straw — otherwise burned or left to rot — into Platinum BioChar: a stable soil amendment that lifts yields, cuts fertiliser costs, and locks carbon away for 200+ years. We do it in partnership with our community, our farmers and the Province of Iloilo — for the good of humanity and the climate.
Our team brings experience from Global Green Power, Schlumberger, PowerGen and E.ON, the Philippine Army, the Departments of Energy and Environment, and the Philippine Rice Research Institute (PhilRice).
